The staff of the University of Virginia Research Reactor Facility (Docket Nos. 50-62 and 50-396) has revised the Faci' sty's Emergency Plan and incorporated the additional information requested by your staff, according to their comments made on our previous submittal. We expect that this information will resolve the Plan's prior deficiencies.
Please find enclosed three copies of our revised plan. The University of Virginia Reactor Safety Committee will review this plan in the near future and their approval of this version is pected.
