UNION OF CONCERNED SCIENTISTS' MOTION FOR PERMISSION TO FILE "THE UNION OF CONCERNED SCIENTISTS REPLY TO STAFF AND GPU COMMENTS ON CLI-84-18" OUT OF TIME.
UCS moves the Commission to permit it to file the enclosed pleading, due Monday, October 29, 1984, on Tuesday, October 30, 1984.
The offices of UCS Counsel were burglarized over the weekend of October 27 and 28 and almost all of our word processing and printing equipment was stolen.
The burglary was discovered Monday morning.
It was therefore impossible to produce and serve the enclosed docume.nt on Monday.
