is.'in the form of an' Affidavit from CASE Witness Jack Doyle and an Affidavit from CASE Witness Mark Walsh.
CASE not yet completed its review of the boxes of documents which Applicants have supplied on discovery (and a few yet to be supplied, reg" ding which we areiattempting to. work out a protective agreement as indicated in our 10/16/84 letter to Applicants' counsel), and we will therefore have to supplement our. Answer.
'However, Messrs. Doyle and Walsh wanted to go ahead and send this partial answer to the Board and parties. This will put the Staff and Applicants on notice as to part of our response and therefore assist in
