In response to a request tran the Cam 11ssion, Philadelphia Electric Cay 1tny hereby certifies that Limerick Generating Station Unit I has been designed, constructed and tested in a manner which carplies with the applicable parts of 10CFR Parts 20, 50, 51 and 100, with the excepticn of specific exemptions which have been requested pursuant to Section 50.12 of the Cannission's regulations.
These specific exanption requests are detailed in the reference letters.
Limerick's carpliance with the Comticsion's regulations is discussed in detail in the License Application and its associated documents, including the Limerick Generating Station FSAR, EROL, EQR, FPER, EP, DAR, PRA, SAPA and Technical Specifications.
