We are currently in receipt of two requests for information, both dated September 8,1995. This is to inform you that we are in the process of preparing both responses, with the response of the questions concerning the emergency batteries to be submitted by November 30,1995. The response concerning the emergency plan will be submitted after clarification with NRC officials at the meeting of the National Organization of Test, Research, and Training Reactors in early November.
