3R This is communicate problems that the Aamodts encountered relative to the filing of their co=ments concerning management issues in the TMI-Unit 1 Restart Proceeding. The Commission provided until July 26, 1984 at noon for receipt of comments.
The Aamodts believed that they could meet this deadline despite the fact that OI. reports concerning the Hartman Matter, a matter of great interest to them,.
were not served until July 17 and received the last days of last Week.
This close schedule was, however, interrupted by a medical emergency on July 25.
On the morning of July 26, Marjorie Aamodt called'the Commission's offices and spoke with Mr. William Clemens.
Mr. Clemens stated that a twenty-four hour grace period could be d
extended.
