Enclosed is the initial revision of the Cooper Nuclear Station's (CNS's) Third Ten-Year Interval Inservice Inspection (ISI) program. This program is being submitted for Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) review and approval per the requirements of 10 CFR 50.55a and has been prepared as part of the corrective actions and commitments stated in Reference 1. Please note

>hg that in Reference 2, the Nebraska Public Power District (District) submitted Relief Request RI-01 f to allow for the presence of a fillet weld on the 10-inch diameter branch connection to the Iligh kp Pressure Coolant injection (llPCI) turbine exhaust line at CNS. This relief request has been subsequently withdrawn, as documented in Reference 3 and noted in the enclosed submittal.
