LILCO, the NRC Staff, and the above-referenced individuals have agreed that pursuant to Paragraph 9 of the June 9, 1982 Revised Protective Order Governing Access to Security Plan Information, any notes which the above-designated Suffolk County representatives have made from their review of safeguards infor-mation, and pleadings containing safeguards information, may be maintained and created at the following locations:
1.
A location made available by the NRC Staff in Silver Spring, Maryland 2.
A' facility on Long Island to be provided by LILCO 3.
Kirkpatrick, Lockhart, Hill, Christopher & Phillips, 1900 M Street, N.W., Washington, D.C.
20036 counsel for Suffolk County and LILCO are reviewing the com-plete list of Suffolk County representatives who have executed Affidavits of Non-Disclosure and plan to update that list to eliminate any individuals who no longer need access to safeguards information.
