Administrative procedures for the revised system have been finalized and training is in progress.
We feel, though, that implementation at July 1 would unnecessarily complicate work to be done at the upcoming Unit 2 outage.
For this reason, we will delay implementation of the revised plant modi'.ication system to August 1, 198 CL C. E. La on Vice-Presi en Nuclear Generation cc:
