This letter confirms that Cleveland Electric Company, as a member of the LRG Instrumentation Setpoint Methodology Group (ISMG), endorses the subject action plan and schedule forwarded to Mr. Novak on June 29, 1984.

Perry-specific concerns in your July 23 acceptance letter will be addressed by future ISMG submittals, supplemented by Perry submittals as needed.

The referenced ISH program also constitutes our response to your letter dated June 21, 1983 on the same subject, as to methodology and schedule.
