Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station Emergency Operations Facility
Dear 14r. Stolz:
On January 11, 1984, Philadelphia Electric Company, in a letter S. ~L.
Daltroff to yourself, requested approval of the Conowingo Hydro Electric Station as a backup EOF for Peach Bottom.
Subsequent conversations with NRC staff and regional personnel have indicated that this location would be unacceptable.
Philadelphia Electric Company has reviewed other locations for suitability and proposes that the West Grove Service Building be utilized for this purpose.
This Service Building is located in West Grove, Pennsylvania, which lies along old U.S. Route 1, about 24 miles from Peach Bottom.
