SUMMARY

DISPOSITION REGARDING CONSIDERATION OF CINCHING DOWN OF U-BOLTS CASE (Citizens Association for Sound Energy), Intervenor herein, hereby files this, its Answer to Applicants' Motion for Summary Disposition.Regarding Consideration of Cinching Down of. U-Bolts.

CASE's Answer is in the form of the attached Affidavit of CASE Witness Jack Doyle, with one minor exception. The last four paragraphs of Mr. Doyle's Affidavit contain information which he wanted to send to the Licensing Board; however, those four paragraphs do not necessarily reflect the views of CASE or all its membership, which is not concerned in this Answer with the matters discussed therein. We have explained this to Mr. Doyle, and he understands that we are including this statement.
