Enclosed for filing with the Commission are three originals and nineteen copies of Philadelphia Electric Company's Second Amendment to its February 11, 1982 Application for Amendment of Facility Operating Licenses DPR-44 and DPR-56.
The Application as originally filed and subsequently amended provided for Technical Specifications relating to operability and surveillance requirements for control and instrumentation systems required by NUREG-0737 The Second Amendment further revises the Applica-tion to reflect the most recent NRC Staff guidance in this area provided in Generic Letter 83-36.
