Enclosed are 4 copies of the Revision "J" to the R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant Physical Security Plan. This revision is submitted in accordance with the provisions of 10CFR50.54(p) since it does not degrade physical security effectiveness.
Modifications to the Physical Security Plan in Revision "J" do not decrease the overall effectiveness of the Plan or the capability of the Security Organization to protect Ginna Station against a design basis threat. Please refer to the enclosed Synopsis of Changes for specific modifications to Plan text.
Both the enclosures to this letter and obsolete pages removed from the Plan contain Safeguards Information which should be protected from public disclosure in accordance with Part 73.21 Code of Federal Regulations.
