135-72 Welded plug UTS An adjacent tube (134-74) was plugged in error instead of tube 135-72. Tul;c 135-72 was plugged to correct the error.

Welded plug UTS Tube 148-35 was plugged previously.
The plug is believed to have been dislodged and relocated to tube 65-38.
The plug was removed from tube 65-33 and a plug was re-installed in tube 148-35 as required.

(See also letter dated July 3, 1984) u 70-08 Welded plug UTS A re-review of the ECT tapes for the Explosive plug LTS approximately 70 " sample population" tubes identified a defect which had been present in previous ECT tapes but was missed during reviews because it was at the. threshold of ECT sensitivity.
Therefore, this tube was plugged as required.
