LaSalle County Nuclear Power Station Units 1 and 2 Request for Extension to Respond to RAI on Second Ten-Year Interval Inservice Inspection Program Plan NRC Docket Nos. 50-373 and 50-374

Farrar dated 9/1/95, LaSalle County Station, LaSalle County Station, Units 1 and 2 - Request for Additional Information (TAC Nos. M90704 and M90705)
In the reference letter the NRC Staff issued a request for Additional Information (RAI) regarding the 2nd Ten-Year Inservice Inspection Plan, Revision O.
In this letter, the staff requested that LaSalle Station respond within 60 days of receipt of the letter or November 5, 1995.
This letter is to request an extension of 90 days to the required response date.
Granting this extension would make the response due on February 3, 1996 and would allow adequate time for Comed to complete the research and verification necessary to assure that a high quality response is provided.
LaSalle will submit this Additional Information as revision 1 to the 2nd Ten-Year Inservice Inspection Plan.
In communications with your staff it has been established that this extension can be granted without a significant impact on the NRC's schedule.
