Docket Nos. 50-454 and 50-455 06 Gentlemen:
At the request of the Licensing Board, I had pre-pared an oral summary of the July 3,1984 Telephone conference call in the expectation that it would be transcribed as a part g f the July 5,1984 conference call.
As you know, that never occurred.
Mr. Cassel restated his arguments for an extension of time, Mr. Lewis and I responded and the Board ruled.
However, I do not believe the July 5 transcript will fully reproduce the positions of the parties that were set forth on July 3.
Enclosed is a memorandum which I believe is an accurate recitation of the substanco of the July 3 confer-ence call.
I ask that it be bound into the transcript of the proceedings at some convenient time.
