In response to the NRC's Reference 1 letter, GE formally requests the following:
- 1. Formal withdrawal of the subject report and the associated affidavit transmitted to the NRC in Reference 2.
- 2. Return of this report to GE.
We will replace, by the end of November, the Reference 2 proprietary report with a new revision accompanied by a corresponding affidavit. Proprietary marking of this new revision will be substantially altered to reflect the concerns expressed in your letter.
Shortly following the resubmittal of the new proprietary repon, we will prepare and submit a non-proprietary version.
