LICENSEE'S SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSE TO THREE MILE ISLAND ALERT'S THIRD SET OF INTERROGATORIES Licensee submits the following supplemental response to Three Mile Island Alert's Third Set of Interrogatories, In-terrogatory No. 3:

In addition to the witnesses previously identified, Licensee now intends to call as witnesses Mr. Thomas VanWhitbeck and Dr. Edwin Zebrowski. Mr. VanWhitbeck is a mem-ber of Energy Inc. Dr. Zebrowski is a member of the Energy Studies Center affiliated with the Electric Power Research In-stitute (EPRI).

Mr. VanWhitbeck was a consultant to Licensee involved in Licensee's investigation into the accident sequence of 8410110285 841005 DR ADOCK 05000289 PDR e-n

events. He will-testify to'Mr. Dieckamp's participation in and awareness.of this investigative effort.

Dr. Zebrowski was the director of the Nuclear Safety

Analysis Center (NSAC) investigation and analysis of the acci-dent. He will testify to the state of knowledge of the techni-J ca11 people involved and to Mr. Dieckamp's access to and partic-ipation in their investigative efforts.

Dr. Zebrowski will probably review the NSAC Report ,

entitled " Analysis of Three Mile Island Unit 2 Accident." This document has already been placed in the discovery room. Both Dr. Zeorowski and Mr. VanWhitbeck will probably review personal r znotes. Such notes as are relevant to this proceeding or relied 1

.upon will be placed in the discovery room once they are identi-fled.. Licensee does not yet know what other documents Mr.

Vanwhitbeck or Dr. Zebrowski will review or rely upon in
