LICENSEES' MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE REPLY On September 27, 1984, CPG /GANE filed with the Board a Re-sponse to Memorandum and Order on Special Prehearing Conference.
CPG / CANE's response requests reconsideration of the Board's de-nial of CPG /GANE Contentions 10.2 and 11. Pursuant to the re-quirements of 10 C.F.R. 2.752(c), Applicants request that Appli-cants be permitted to file a reply to CPG /GANE's September 27 filing not later than October 12, 1984, and that the NRC Staff be permitted, if it elects to do so, to file a Staff reply to CPG /GANE's filing within five days of receipt of Applicant's reply.
