Operating License No. DPR 50 Docket No. 50-289 GPU Nuclear Schedule for Responsing to NRC Request for Additional Information Regarding Topical Report No. 093, TMI-1 20" Year Reactor Building Tendon Surveillance Test In a letter dated August 31, 1995 the NRC requested additional information within 30 days regarding the GPU Nuclear Topical Report (TR) No. 093, entitled "Three Mile Island Unit 1 Reactor Building Twenty Year Tendon Surveillance (Inspection Period 6)," which was submitted on April 7, 1995.
Because some of the information that will be needed to prepare our response must be supplied by the architect engineer, additional time will be needed.
Based upon the contractor's schedule for providing input, GPU Nuclear is requesting an additional 60 days.
Our response will then be due to the NRC on l
November 29, 1995.
