Annual Reporting of Changes to the Quality Assurance Program Submittal of Principal Contractor's Quality Assurance Program Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 3 In accordance with 10CFR50.55(f)(2), transmitted herewith are three (3) copies of the current Stone & Webster Engineering Corporation (SWEC) Quality Assurance Program Manual for Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit 3, Table of Contents, Revision G, dated July 12,1984 (Attachment 1). For your convenience, a summarized listing of the changes contained in Revision G is also provided (Attachment II). SWEC is the only principal contractor whose quality assurance program is utilized by Northeast Utilities for Millstone Unit 3.
