NRC Public Meeting on WHR Exemption NEI Questions:
- 1. Can the NRC provide clarification on entry criteria by which a station could submit for the exemption to 10CFR26.205(d)(1)-(7) as provided by the subject letter?
- 2. Stations that may need to deviate from the 3/28/2020 exemption letter intend to include it in the email request along with the appropriate justification. Is this the correct understanding of the request provision in the 3/28/2020 letter?
- 3. Stations intend on starting the 60-day period exemption allowance time upon implementation of the exemption? Does this align with the intent of the exemption letter?
- 4. What circumstances would the use of waivers as described in 10CFR26.207 be permitted under the alternate work hour rules provided by the exemption letter?
