Dear Mr. Johnson:

This letter provides the amendment request supplement that Public Service Company (PSC) committed to in Reference (2). The major components of this supplement include setpotats and surveillance requirements associated with the 480V AC essential bus undervoltage protection that were not identified in Reference (1). Affected pages from the initial amendment request (Reference (1)) should be replaced by those provided.
