- 2) ULNRC-758 3/8/84 Furnished herewith are seventy-five copies of Revision 8 to the Callaway Plant Final Safety Analysis Report Site Addendum.
Seventy-five copies of Revision 15 to the SNUPPS Standard Plant Final Safety Analysis Report were transmitted by Mr. N. A. Petrick, Executive Director, SNUPPS by SLNRC 84-0095 dated June 26, 1984.
These revisions are hereby incorperated by reference into the Callaway Application.
Site Addendum Revision 8 includes portions of Sections 2.3, 9.2, 9.5, and 10.4 revised to reflect as-built conditions.
In addition, revised portions of Sections 13.1, 14.2, and 17.2 which address organizational changes are included.
Revision 8 also incorporates changes to Sections 2.3, 9.2, 9.5, and 13.4 to ensure c onsistency with the final Technical Specifications.
Site Addendum Revision 8 includes revised portions of Section 14.2 which incorporate NRC comments on information previously transmitted by Reference 1.
Also included is information clarifying the measurement and test equipment accuracy ratios previously transmitted by Reference 2.
