The area has successfully completed the Phase 1 activities required by the Construction Completion Program. The processes, procedures and the final integrated product of Phase 1, including the readiness of all organizations to commence Phase 2 activities, have been reviewed by the Executive Management Review Committee and the Cons ruction Implementation Overview (CIO) organization, and were found to be acceptable. Attached to this letter are the following documents:
1.
Release of CIO Hold Point Number 007.
2.
Minutes from rhe May 18, 1984 Management Review Meeting.
3.
Copies of the area release form, final integrcted summary of commodities and the updated Management Review Action Item List.
4.
A copy of the Construction Punch List showing all known to-go work as of the date indicated.
It is requested that a review by Region III be conducted so that approval for Phase 2 Construction can be given as soon as possible.
