License Amendment Application for Reactor Vessel Surveillance Capsule Removal Schedule In response to your letter dated May 4, 1984, the attached infor-mation is provided as an amendment to the District's Application for Amendment of Operating License dated October 3, 1983 and sup-plemented by a letter dated January 27, 1984.
Attachment A con-tains the proposed Technical Specifications wording and supporting revised tables.
Attachment B contains the discussion, justifi-cation, and significant hazards consideration for the proposed revisions.
These revisions replace only those pages which were changed from the original submittal.
