I have received Commonwealth Edison's pleading of June 27.
Although I have filed a notice of appearance in this case, I was not served with the Board order referenced in Edison's letter.
I have been ill and away from my office since June 25, and as of the date of this letter do not know how long I will~be~ unable to work.
This fact is known to Edison's attorneys because of my involvement in the Byron case.
Accordingly, and because no pressing need is apparent from Edison'.s June 27 report to reactivate this proceeding immediately, I respectfully request that the matter be
