Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station, Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 50-445-1 and 50-445-2 50-446-1 and 50-446-2 Documents Obtained by CASE in Rate Hearings Which Are Also Relevant and Material for Operating License Hearings As discussed in the on-the-record telephone conference call Thursday, 6/28/84, between the Board and parties regarding Intimidation issues, we are again attaching a listing of documents CASE obtained for use in the rate hearings which we believe are also relevant and material for the operating license hearings; we have also included a brief description of the portions of the documents in which we are primarily interested.
To expedite your review of these documents for proprietary information, we are attaching a complete set of them to your copy of this letter, as well as to the copy being sent to Mr. Spence (if he is still involved in the rate hearings when this is received, we assume that some other knowledgeable individual with Applicants will be able to review them promptly).
We believe it will be obvious from this review that none of the information contained therein is proprietary by any stretch of the imagination.
Since the stack of documents is less than an inch thick, we would appreciate your immediate response so that we can eliminate what we consider to be needless delays and get on with these proceedingo. Please call me as soon as possible on this.
