.'TMIA requests this brief extention of time because of the requirements in the management phase of this proceeding currently
. burdening all parties, particularly the intervenors.
Without such an extention, TMIA's response to' Licensee's petition for

rev'.ew would be due one day before comments are currently due from parties other than the staff on the Commission's June 1 Order.
Additionally, all parties were involved in a preparation i
for and attendance of a pre-hearing conference held on June 28.
j As a result, the time for int ervenors to additionally prepare a response to Licensee's petition has been severely limited.
i Thus, TMIA requests until July 12 to serve its response to Licensee's petition for review.
