Pastor, Director Secretary's Office of Policy Department of Environmental Resources The Department of Environmental Resources has reviewed the above subject and has the following ccmnents. S tion 4.3.1.1.1, #2 - The Blue grsh flood congrol On page 4-20,3 storage given in m should be changed from 28.2 x 10 to 39.95 x 10 to complement the revised flood stcrage value of 32,390 acre-feet. Activities addressed in this project are subject to regulation under the Dam Safety and Encroachments Act and will require a written permit from the Department of Environmental Resources. Environmental impact reviews on the proposed project will be conducted upon receipt of completed permit application. Any wetland that might be impacted by the proposed project will also ~ be reviewed to fulfill the requirements of Chapter 105, Rules and Regulations. m m ._---e .m .e to a =}}
