Pastor, Director Secretary's Office of Policy Department of Environmental Resources The Department of Environmental Resources has reviewed the above subject and has the following ccmnents. S tion 4.3.1.1.1, #2 - The Blue grsh flood congrol On page 4-20,3 storage given in m should be changed from 28.2 x 10 to 39.95 x 10 to complement the revised flood stcrage value of 32,390 acre-feet. Activities addressed in this project are subject to regulation under the Dam Safety and Encroachments Act and will require a written permit from the Department of Environmental Resources. Environmental impact reviews on the proposed project will be conducted upon receipt of completed permit application.
