Ouad Cities Station Operating Report NRC Dockets (50-254 and 50-265)

Enclosed is the radioactive Effluent Report for July through December 1991, for Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station.

The Unit One service water monitor has been out-of-service since December 12, 1991.

The monitor was taken out-of-service to investigate a spiking problem associated with the electronics.

As this report is being compiled, the investigation continues.

A copy of this report will be furnished to the NRC Resident Inspector.
