NOTICE TO COMMISSION, APPEAL BOARD AND LICENSING BOARD By letter dated May 6, 1983, counsel for Licensee informed the Appeal Board and the parties that Mr. Charles Husted had been named TMI Supervisor of Non-Licensed Operator Training.
See ALAB-772 (May 24, 1984), slip op. at 42.
Ir. its May 24, 1984 decision, the Appeal Board required that should restart be authorized by the Commission, Mr. Husted have no supervisory responsibilities insofar as the training of non-licensed per-sonnel is concerned.

Counsel is informed that on June 18, 1984, Mr. Husted was reassigned within GPU Nu-clear.
Mr. Husted is now in the non-supervisory position of Engineering Assistant III - Nuclear Safety, within the Nuclear Safety Assessment Department (NSAD).
