The General Electric Company has applied to the Department of Energy for funding during the Fiscal Year 1992 to convert the General Electric Nuclear Test Reactor (NTR) from HEU fuel to LEU fuel.
A copy of the DOE's negative response is attached and is submitted to fulfill the requirements of 10CFR50.64.
