WPDES PERMI.T WI-0000957-4 P_OINI BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT This is to notify you that the daily maximum total residual chlorine effluent limitation was exceeded at the Point Beach Nuclear Plant.
The total residual chlorine concentration in the Unit 2 cooling water discharge (outfall 002) was 0.73 mg/l on February 14, 1992 We have commenced an investigation into this incident.
When the investigation is completed, a letter will be sent to the Department outlining the results of the investigation and corrective action, if any, which has been, or will be, taken.
