U S Nuclear Regulatory Commission Attnt Document Control Desk Washington, DC 20555 MONTICELLO NUCLEAR GENERATING PLANT Docket No. 50-263 License No. DPR-22 Submission of Revision 45 to the Monticello Security Plan Pursuant to 10 CFR Part 50, Section 50.54(p), we are submitting four copies of Revision 45 to the Monticello Security Plan. Revision 45 responds to comments on Revision 44 that were transmitted by your letter dated July 28, 1995 from James R. Creed. These changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the Monticello Security Plan. Only the revised pages are being submitted.
This revision to the Monticello Security Plan contains Safeguards Information as identified by the commission in 10 CFR Part 73, Section 73.21.
This submittal should not be made available for inspection and should not be olaced in the oublic document room.
