, Limerick Fire Company Dear Sirst This letter is to serve as an agreement,between the Limerick Fire Company of Limerick Township, Montgomery ,

County, and Philadelphia Electric Company concerning the response of the Limerick Fire Company personnel and firefighting equipment to the Limerick Generating Station.

I The Limerick Fire Company of Limerick Township, Montgomery County, upon dispatch by the Montgomery County Division of Public Safety, Office of Communications, will respond with available equipment in a reasonably rapid manner ' to the Philadelphia Electric Company, Limerick Generating Station located at Sanatoga and Evergteen Roads, Limerick Township, Montgomery County, and assist the on-site fire fighting f orces in the control and resolution of '

emergency incidents. Any services provided by the Limerick, Fire Company while on the Limerick Generating Station Site will be under the direction and control of Philadelphia Electeic Company.

Philadelphia Electric Company agrees to pay all reasonable fees and charges associated with such services.

Philadelphia Electric also agrees to provide appropriate training for those personnel designated by the undersigned representatives of the Limerick Fire Company. This agreement will remain in of feet for the duration of the
