The attached Report Number NIS-1-00011 provides the Inservice Inspection (ISI) Summary Report for the period ending with the seventh refueling outage (RF07) for Grand Gulf Nuclear Station (GGNS).
This report is provided in accordance with the requirements of ASME Section XI, Article IWA-6000, which is incorporated by reference into 10CFR50.55a(g).
Report Number NIS-1-00011 contains an overall summary of inservice inspections performed since December 4, 1993 to June 20, 1995 on the CGNS Unit 1 reactor pressure vessel, piping, components, and component supports.
NIS-2 Forms, which provide information concerning ASME Section XI repairs and replacements, are also included.
All open items identified in this report are listed on Pages 71 and 72.
The resolution of these items will be reported in NIS-1-00012 after RF08.
Please note that for the purpose of this report under ASME Section XI requirements, Entergy Operations, Inc. is considered to be the " Owner" of GGNS.
