Presentation Slide Package Omaha Public Power District (0 PPD) is enclosing 17 copies each of References 5 and 6 as requested by the NRC at the January 13, 1992 NRC-0 PPD meeting on the FCS LOCA Analysis. This information is provided in support of the FCS Cycle 14 LOCA Analysis and Reload Application (References 2-4).

Westinghouse Electric Corporation (Westinghouse), the owner of the information contained in References 5 and 6, has determined that Reference 5 contains information proprietary to Westinghouse. Accordingly, Westinghouse has provided the enclosed affidavit (CAW-92-262) addressing the considerations of 10 CFR 2.790(b) and requests that report WCAP-13194 (Reference 5) be withheld from public disclosure, S

The NRC-.is permitted to make the number of copies of the information contained in these reports which are necessary for its internal _use in connection with generic and. plant-specific reviews and approvals as well as the issuance, denial, amendment, transfer renewal, modification, suspension, revocation, or violation of a license, permit, order, or regulation subject to the requirements of 10 CFR 2.790 regarding restrictions on public disclosure to the extent such information has been identified as proprietary by Westinghouse, copyright protection not withstanding.
