Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit No.1 and No. 2
.BV-1 Docket No. 50-334, License No. DPR-66 BV-2 Docket No. 50-412, License No. NPF-73 Proposed Operating License Change Request Nos. 231 and 101 Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90, Duquesne Light Company requests an amendment to the above licenses in the form of changes to the tecimical specifications. The proposed changes will revise the Administrative Controls and Bases Sections to reflect the current Beaver Valley Power Station Offsite Dose Calculation Manual. An implementation period of 10 days is requested following the effective date of the amendment.
The proposed technical specification changes for Unit No. I and Unit No. 2 are presented in Attaclunents A-1 and A-2, respectively. The safety analysis (including the no significant hazards evaluation)is presented in Attachment B. The typed replacement tecimical specification pages are presented in Attachments C-1 and C-2.
This change has been reviewed by the Onsite Safety Committee and Offsite Review Committee. The change was determined to be safe and does not involve a significant hazard consideration as defined in 10 CFR 50.92 based on the attached safety analysis.
