Application for Amendment of Operating License Enclosed please find Omaha Public Power District's (OPPD) " Application for Amendment of Operating License" which seeks to amend the Fort Calhoun Station Unit No. 1 Technical Specifications.
The changes requested reflect Combustion Engineering Standard Technical Specifications for containment integrity and the personnel air lock.
Attachment A contains markup and final versions reflecting the requested changes to the Technical S ecifications.
Attachment B provides a Discussion, Justification and No fignificant Hazards Consideration Analysis for the changes requested.
