PARRIS DATED DECEMBER 19, 1983 As a followup to our supplemental response, our evaluation of the need for documented calibration checks / standardization checks of chemical laboratory equipment has been completed. This revision will be issued by June 15, 1984.

This procedure will be. issued by-May 31, 1984.

Plant-implementing instructions may require some slight revisions to meet the new requirements. Full compliance at Sequoyah will be achieved within 90 days after both documents are issued.
