Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant Technical Specifications Change Request Elimination of Periodic Pressure Sensor Response Time Testina Reauirements Ladies and Gentlemen:
Dy letter dated August 17,1994, Southern Nuciar Operating Company (SNC) proposed changes to the Farley Unit I and Unit 2 Technical Specifications to climinate periodic pressure sensor response time testing requirements. SNC letter dated June 15,1995 provided supplemental infomtation as requested by NRC letter dated April 17,1995. SNC letter dated August i1,1995 transmitted Westinghouse WCAP-13632, Revision 2, " Elimination of Pressure Sensor Response Time Testing Requirements," which included the Foxboro E13DH similarity analysis, priority information clarifications, and the text enhancements discussed in our supplemental response. This letter provides updated Technical Specifications Bases page B3/4 3-2 for Units 1 & 2 to reflect the new WCAP revision.
