Dear Ms. Russell:
In an e-mail dated March 18, 2020, to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), you requested to withdraw Technetics Group Columbia export license application XCOM1287, which requested exporting reactor pressure vessel seal sets and related parts to China. In response to your e-mail, the NRC is returning the application to Technetics Group Columbia without action.
