On October 28,1994, you issued approval of the enclosed highway route for shipment of spent reactor fuel through December 31,1995. This approvalis required by 10CFR73.37(b)(7).
The University of Missouri Research Reactor (MURR)is tentatively scheduled to begin a series of shipments to the Savannah River Site in early 1996. We will also try to ship later in 1996. Will you please arrange to extend the h71C approval of this route through December 1996.
