Stipulated Order for Suspension of Proceedings
Dear Bill:
Pursuant to request of the Licensing Board and our telephone conversations, enclosed is a Stipulation concerning the suspension of the licensing proceedings.
Please execute the Stipulation and forward it to Ms. Woodhead for her signature and forwarding to the Licensing Board.
I understand from our recent telephone conversation that the University still intends to institute the special security measures for the Olympics which it has heretofore described to the Board and to the parties.
Please advisa me immediately if this understanding is inaccurate in any way.
