ULNRC-823 dated May 16, 1984 Reference 1 requested information concerning the Callaway Shift Advisor Program.

The Shift Advisor Program was discussed with NRC at the Callaway Plant on May 9, 1984.

Reference 2 l

transmitted the resumes for the shift advisors, and follow-up discussions by phone on May 21, 1984 and in NRC offices on May 30, 1984 have also addressed this issue.

We believe these discussions and correspondence provide the information requested by Reference 1.

This was confirmed with Mr. J.

IIolonich, NRC Project Manager for Callaway, on June 6,1984.
