The purpose of this letter is to transmit the Semi-annual Fitness for Duty Program Performance Data Report for Wolf Creek Generating Station.
This report covers the six month period beginning July 1, 1991 and ending on December 31, 1991 and is being submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 26.71(d).

Initiatives taken.
Revisions were begun to WCHOC's FFD escort training program in 1991 and it is anticipated that the revised program will be implemented in 1992 training made use of multiple videotapes purchased or filmed by WCNOC in Prior 1989 that provided all necessary training information.
