References TVA letter dated September 20, 1991, Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant (BFN) - States and Schedule for Completion of Unit 2 Post-Restart Issues os part of the referenced letter, TVA committed to provide NRC staff with an action plan describing the prostr.:n for INCC. This letter provides the overall plan and schedule for INCC Program.
BPN will complete the installation of a INCC system during Unit 2 Cycle 7.
The system will be installed in accordance with the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) " Guidelines for Permanent BWR !!ydrogen Water Chemistry Installations - 1987 Revision", EPRI NO-5238-SR-A.
Prior to the !!WCC system startup and operation, TVA will complete further evaluation of the potential impact and benefits of' chemical decontamination, eine injection, stellite removal, and projected dose level. TVA will ' = luate the operating expe 'lence of INCC on Unit 2 prior tc impleme ~ stion of INCC on Units 1 and 3.
