20555 Gentlemen ULNRC-2554 DOCKET NUMBER 50-483 CALLAWAY PLANT EMERGENCY RESPONSE DATA SYSTEM DATA POINT LIBRARY CHANGES On December 30, 1991, Union Electric submitted a Plant Attribute Library (PAL), a Critical Safety Function Parameter List, and a Data Point Library (DPL) as required for implementation of the Emergency Response Data System (ERDS) at Callaway. The following changes should be in these documents and appropriately incorporated into your files.

Page 1 of 3 of the Critical Safety Function Parameter List should be replaced to indicate changes in the Data Point Library (DPL) listed in Item 2, below (revised page is attached).

The following changes to the DPL should be made (revised pages are attached):
